In each deep session, we use conversation, meditation, embodiment, and introspection to help you clarify your goals, ease stress, and unlock deeper creativity and self-trust. You’ll walk away with practical tools and renewed confidence for making decisions aligned with who you truly are. We recommend a 90-minute first session for a thorough exploration of your needs and a tailored plan forward.
Transformational Breathwork (EN)
Transformational Breathwork helps move stagnant energy in the body and push through old barriers that keep you feeling stuck. Through guided, dynamic breathing techniques, you’ll release tension, find renewed vitality, and reconnect with a sense of joy and pleasure in your life. It’s a powerful way to clear emotional blocks, awaken inner strength, and emerge feeling lighter, brighter, and more at ease within yourself.
Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Reset (EN)
Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Reset is your sanctuary in a world that rarely slows down. Drawing on deep-rest practices of yoga nidra and the transformative frequencies of sound, this session gently eases the body-mind into a soothing, restorative calm. Sound vibrations release built-up tension, while the guided nidra invites you to “sleep” consciously—unlocking deep relaxation and resetting your nervous system. You’ll leave feeling calm, refreshed, and better able to navigate everyday life with renewed confidence.
Private Yoga Class (EN)
A Private Yoga Class is your own space to explore yoga exactly the way your body and mind need. Freed from the pace of group sessions, we can pause, adjust, and refine each posture—learning how to better regulate the nervous system and process stress in real time. We’ll move gently and intentionally, focusing on alignment, breath, and your unique goals so you leave feeling supported, restored, and more confident in your practice and in life.

What to expect:
Spiritual mentorship, allowing you to connect to your sense of confidence, balance and safety. Making grounded decisions and moving towards your best version of life.

“I used to think I cannot be all. In the school classroom a teacher once told me I should be more shy. Starting with yoga teachings I always thought I am too much of this and too much of that. One of the biggest pivoting points for me was to realize that I can be it all, I can hold it all and I am all. There is no black or white; you are a hard worker or you are lazy; you are a burnout type A or you are not doing anything; you are spiritual to the 150% every minute of the day or you are closed up not connected to anything; you are giving everything to the point of forgetting yourself or never helping anyone.

None of the parts of us need to be cancelled, reworked or changed, all of us is welcome. My inner work balanced my feminine and masculine energies. And I learned to nurture myself, to let go of the reins and flow in the river of life. And yes I still stumble, but that is welcome too. That allowance softened my edges and invited play, lightness and excitement in everything I do.
